Responses to Obi's visit to Oyedepo

On Wednesday, a photo of Bishop David Oyedepo, the head of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, and Peter Obi, the Labour Party's presidential candidate, appeared online. However, it was reported that Oyedepo received a visit from the former governor of Anambra State on Tuesday at Canaanland, the church's headquarters in Ota, Ogun State. As he turned 61 on Tuesday, some claimed the visit was in honor of his birthday. However, others connected the visit to the 2023 presidential election. Here are some of the tweets that our correspondent on Wednesday collected via Twitter:

Peter Obi met yesterday with Bishop David Oyedepo, indicating that he will shortly speak with Adeboye. Talk about a plan. Obi has a purpose. ideally, he would also meet with Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche. Tweeted @caesar mayor. While we were rejoicing yesterday, H.E. Peter Obi visited Bishop David Oyedepo at Canaanland for priestly and birthday blessings, according to a tweet from @blossommartins. Later, more information!!! P.O. finally encounters my bishop. "Peter Obi visits God's servant Bishop David Oyedepo in Canaanland for birthday blessings," wrote @realdongabriel. It's going nicely for my incoming president.

"Peter Obi is a silent mover," tweeted @RealOgemdi. He merely moves, and the recordings that leak are those that happened to be made by accident. "Bishop Oyedepo was visited by Peter Obi in Canaan Land." 'Ti won ta,' a full Bishop Oyedepo said, 'they are done for. Obi is in charge, according to @JaiyeolaOlami10.

The visit's specifics are still a mystery.
