 Kanayo, a seasoned Nollywood actor, is one of the famous people who hardly ever discuss their private lives on social media. But the actor recently shocked his fans by posting a vintage photo of himself and his children on his official Instagram profile. The actor was dressed in a suit for the picture, just like his two other young sons. But his daughter was dressed in a matching pair of yellow sneakers, a black halter-neck blouse, and black pants. Additionally, the young girl was donning spectacles.

The youngest boy stood in front of him while the two older boys stood by his right and left sides for the picture. The actor and his adult son were grinning at each other. The actor mentioned how quickly kids grow up in the caption that went along with the photo.










Actor and lawyer Anayo Modestus Onyekwere MFR, also known as Kanayo O. Kanayo, was born in Nigeria on March 1, 1962. For his work in the motion picture Family Battle, he received the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2006. Born on March 1st, 1962, Kanayo is an Imo State native and hails from Nru Umueze Oboama Ezinihitte in the Mbaise Local Government Area. He was raised and went to St. Joseph primary school in Aba, Abia State. He attended Secondary Technical School in Aba for his secondary studies. He graduated from the University of Lagos with a graduate degree in philosophy, a diploma in law, and a diploma in mass communication. Additionally, he earned a master's in political science. In addition, he graduated from the University of Abuja with a law degree in 2018 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2020.

In 1982, Kanayo began his acting career by appearing in Nigerian Television Authority productions. In the 1992 film Living in Bondage, he made his debut on the big screen. He has appeared in more than 100 movies, and his performance in the film Across the Niger earned him a nomination for the 2008 African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor. His most recent movies are Up North and Living in Bondage: Breaking Free. He ran unsuccessfully in 2011 for the position of Chair of the Imo State House of Representatives. He ran unsuccessfully in 2018 for the position of Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise representative in the Federal House of Representatives. Although he has appeared in a number of Nollywood films, such as Lion Heart and the sitcom Professor Johnbull, He is renowned for portraying villains in these projects, particularly in movies that deal with occult rituals. The MFR has given him the order. Kanayo was one of many Nigerians who received awards from the government in 2014 as part of the centennial commemoration.

On June 6, 2018, Kanayo expressed his interest in running to represent the Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal Constituency of Imo State in the Nigerian House of Representatives during the 2019 election cycle. He announced to the public that he will be running for office as part of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). Although he did not win, he planned to run in the following election (2023).

Kanayo stated in 2022 that he would not be running for any office in politics and added, "In 2023, I won't run for any political office. This sacrifice will allow me to serve for an Igbo-born Nigerian president."
