Gunmen kidnap Traditional leader of Ondo and three others

 High Chief Mukaila Bello, a traditional chief in Ikare Akoko, Akoko North East Local Government Area of Ondo State, was abducted by several gunmen on Thursday night. Bello, who was reportedly in charge of the Iku Quarters in the ancient hamlet, was reportedly kidnapped along with three other people. Mr. Adeniran Adeyemo, Mr. Bashiru Adekile, and Chief Gbafinro are the other victims. A source said that the victims were abducted while heading from Akure to Ikare along the Owo-Ikare Expressway in the Ago Panu region.

According to the source, the driver of the car that was transporting the victims managed to flee but was shot, and he is currently being treated at an undisclosed hospital.
Additionally, it was discovered that, as of the time this report was filed, the kidnappers had not gotten in touch with the victims' families.
