Older photo of Shade Shittu and Damola Olatunji as actors. The gifted actor thanked God for his life and profession as he shared this photo that he and his friend Shade Shittu took many years ago. The image, which was taken on a movie set back then, revealed a striking difference between then and now, even though the man was still attractive.

Popular Yoruba actor in Nollywood is Damola Olatunji. Since making his acting debut, he has appeared in more than 100 films. In addition, he directs and produce. In Osun State's Edo Agbo, Olatunji was born. After attending Yaba College of Technology, he earned an electrical engineering degree.

As his father was frequently gone for days at a time, he was reared by his mother, Ajibola Anike Olatunji.

Olatunji claims that his mother was a prophetess and that she raised him in a very strict manner.

The actor remembered how his mother frequently counseled him on dating and life in general. He said his mother had always told him to be cautious about women because they could wreck his life. She reportedly warned the actor's siblings that if any of them were pregnant with a girl, the actor would have to quit going to school so that the child could be nurtured.

His mother was initially dubious about his foray into acting since she thought that actors are troublemakers, But the actor made it clear that he had promised his mother that, despite his profession, he would love God and lead a life distinct from that of other actors. Damola claims that because of his vow to his mother, he has been able to maintain a constant relationship and avoid straying.

The actor had aspirations of becoming an engineer, but after joining a church theater club, he started to see prospects in acting. He was invited to a movie set by a friend of his who worked in Nollywood, and the rest, as they say, is history. In the film, Olatunji portrays Ojo, which is his debut performance.

Olatunji is presently the spouse of Bukola Awoyemi. She earned the nickname "Arugba" because of her performance in the acclaimed film "Arugba," which was helmed by Tunde Kilani. It's interesting to note that Bukola was accused of stealing Olatunji from his ex-wife. When Damola Olatunji fell in love with Bukola, sources claim that he ended his one-year marriage.

He later caused her to become pregnant. On January 3rd, 2015, the actress gave birth to a pair of twins in America. Two years following the delivery, she eventually made a comeback to the sector. In case you don't know who the stunning Bukola Awoyemi is, here is a brief biography of her. Bukola was born in Kwara State in 1988. When she was accepted to pursue Performing Arts at the University of Ilorin, her journey into acting officially began. She blended performing with studying while she was a student, although she was unsuccessful in getting a leading role until she received her university degree.

Her first significant motion pictures included blockbusters like Arugba and Poisonous Affairs. Arugba won the Best Nigerian Film prize at the 2009 Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Bukola had intended to study mass communication when she was admitted to the university, so she wasn't exactly thrilled when she was accepted to study performing arts. She was forced to settle with Performing Arts, which, oddly enough, she ended up enjoying because it helped her prepare for an acting career. See more: https://youtu.be/lW7DXC8ULw0
