Iyabo Ojo celebrates after winning the "Afro Warriors" Best Dressed prize at a showing of "The Woman King"
Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress, was named best dressed at the recently finished "The Woman King" screening.
According to news reports, the A-List from the entertainment business gathered over the weekend to celebrate the premiere of the film The Woman King at Nigeria's leading film and television company, Film One Entertainment.
The Agojie, an all-female warrior corps that guarded the West African Kingdom of Dahomey in the 19th century, is the subject of the 2022 American historical epic film The Woman King.
Film One Entertainment hosted a movie night for celebrities to celebrate the film.
For the special occasion, guests gathered at the Film House Cinemas in Lekki.
Afro Warriors was the night's theme.
Some of the attendees at the VIP event included Iyabo Ojo, Uti Nwachukwu, BBNaija's Saga, Diana and Khalid, Jide Kene, Hawa Magaji, and Daara Oruwayi.
Iyabo Ojo, who knows how to draw attention and spark conversation, stole the show at the occasion.
The mother of two grabbed attention at the premiere of "The Woman King" with her audacious gaze.
Iyabo Ojo was mysteriously changed into a lady warrior while being styled by Toyin Lawani, the Queen of Fashion.
Iyabo Ojo made a theatrical entry to the event on a horse while carrying a dagger, turning heads.
The contentious actress clearly understood her task and delivered on it perfectly.
Both her coworkers and admirers complimented the actress a lot.
The actress has been named the evening's Best Dressed, according to a recent update.
Iyabo, who was ecstatic, posted her gratitude on Instagram.
She specifically thanked the show's organizers, her stylist, and every member of her glam squad.

Alice Iyabo Ojo, a Nigerian actress, director, and producer, was born on December 21, 1977. She has appeared in more than 150 movies, and she has also produced more than 14 of them. Iyabo Ojo was born on December 21, 1977, as Alice Iyabo Ogunro in Lagos, Nigeria, despite the fact that her father was from Abeokuta, Ogun State. She was the youngest of three children, having two elder brothers.
She attended National College, Gbagbada, in Lagos before transferring to the Lagos State Polytechnic to study estate management. When she married a Lagos-based clearing agent in 1999 at the age of 21, Iyabo decided to put her career on hold. Felix Ojo and Priscilla Ajoke Ojo are the son and daughter she gave birth to (in 1999 and 2001, respectively), however she is now divorced from their father. She blames marrying too early for the dissolution of her first union. She has stated that she plans to discontinue using her ex-last husband's name, Ojo.
In May 2011, Iyabo Ojo established Pinkies Foundation, an NGO that assists underprivileged children and others with special needs. On May 1, 2016, she celebrated the foundation's fifth anniversary at the R&A City Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos.
