My campaign will focus on finding solutions, said Imumolen of Accord

Prof. Christopher Imumolen, the presidential candidate for the Accord Party, has reaffirmed his commitment to issue- and solution-based campaigning in the 2023 election. He claimed that in order to persuade the electorate, he would analyze the problems the nation was currently facing and lay out his strategies for solving them so that all Nigerians may enjoy shared prosperity. The 39-year-old presidential candidate indicated that his campaign would be geared toward promoting democratic values even in his attempt to persuade electorates for votes in a statement released by his campaign organization on Wednesday. He criticized the instances in which candidates for public office make pledges on the eve of crucial elections only to break those pledges after they are elected.

"Accord has been actively involved in advancing democratic values as a responsible political party, just as we have been at the forefront of improving the quality of life for our people through our numerous empowerment programs." Because of who we are and what we stand for, the public has a great deal of faith in our abilities, especially now that we are running for the presidency of the nation. Therefore, we will uphold the standard we have established since we won't simply be running for office on promises but also on solutions. We would be doing concrete things that will last in the lives of the people, in contrast to some other contenders whose style is vote buying. For instance, when you award scholarships to thousands of financially constrained students in order to support their academic endeavors, loan money to farmers in order to improve their agricultural practices, or provide funding to SMEs, you are making a lasting difference in their lives. The statement stated, "I think that's a far better way to touch the lives of the people than trying to purchase their votes on election day in a big way." The presidential contender urged his rivals to show that they share his commitment to improving people's lives by following his lead in charitable contributions.
