Wizkid has once again made history as the first African artist to perform as the headlining act at Rolling Loud Festival, the biggest hip-hop festival in the world.Wizkid received a million dollars a few months ago to perform as the festival's headlining act at Rolling Loud in Miami.

Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun and who was born on July 16, 1990, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He began recording music at the age of 11 and published a joint CD with the Glorious Five , a group he and a couple of his church pals founded. In 2009, Wizkid secured a record deal with Banky W's Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E). The lead song off his debut studio album, Superstar (2011), which also produced the singles "Tease Me/Bad Guys" and "Don't Dull," "Holla at Your Boy," brought him into the spotlight later. Wizkid became the first Afrobeats artist to be listed in the Guinness World Records after the song smashed numerous records. He signed a multi-album deal with RCA Records in March 2017, and later that year, his third studio album, Sounds from the Other Side, was published. The album was supported by five songs, including "Come Closer" featuring Drake.
With three different ladies, Wizkid has fathered three sons. The babies arrived in the years 2011, 2016, and 2017.
