Days after his wife was killed by fire, IVD updates his Instagram profile picture.

 After his wife, Bimbo, was burned to death on Friday, October 14, her sister, Mama Jazz, revealed her sorrowful demise in an Instagram post on Saturday, October 15. Celebrity auto dealer IVD altered his social media display photo a few days later.

Announcing her demise, her sister called out IVD for killing his wife. “My hands are shaking. Bimbo is gone. Bimbo is gone- My sister is gone. The fire is burning me Haaaaaaa. IVD you killed my only sister. Abimbola IVD killed my sister, IVD killed my sister, IVD killed my sister“.

Internet users reacted to the depressing news by using various social media channels. However, the late Bimbo's brother publicly refuted Mama Jazz's account. Following the controversy that surrounded Bimbo's passing, her brother, Oyindamola Martins, who has been outspoken since then, explained what happened between his late sister and IVD. Ifedayo Olarinde, also known as Daddy Freeze, a media celebrity, participated in an Instagram live session with Oyindamola, who said that late Bimbo started the fire and doused herself in kerosene during the session. 

“She was liting up the whole house, then according to them. This was somebody that was madly in love with her husband and this is not the first time that her husband too has threatened himself If she does not come back, I think she probably expected him to say do am or no do am.”

“Then when she did it she now stopped for a while and she walked round the house, him he was not saying anything he was like if you wan die, d**. Then I think she light up the curtain and it was burning they were now dragging. She now jacked him like omo… you go give me this paper today, then him pushing her off his body got her into the curtain.”

Oyindamola also noted his late sister got burnt while her husband watched and did nothing. He took to his heels when they secured an hospital that agreed to treat her.”

This is what he was supposed to be doing, He was supposed to show remorse even if he isn’t the culprit, You can’t just Bl@me the de@d that’s one thing we should understand.”

Another social media user wrote, “Wo, na person wey die, lose. Never ever put your happiness into the hands of those who dont deserve it! Whatever sacrifice you want to make for someone else, expect nothing in return. Human beings will be human beings. You own your happiness, Create it.”
