Singer Teni Speaks On Undergoing Surgery To Lose Weight

 









Teniola Apata, better known as Teni, is a popular Nigerian singer who has responded to rumors that she might have weight-loss surgery.

According to news reports, Nigerian female celebrities have reportedly undergone gastric bypass, liposuction, and numerous other surgeries in the past.

Many Nigerians have therefore concluded that the singer of "For You" underwent surgery when her new body transformation photos surfaced online.

Teni appeared smaller than her known plump body size in the picture. While she received a lot of praise from her admirers, some people questioned why she had surgery.

Teni responded to the online rumors by saying that, contrary to what many people believe, she lost her 75 pounds through weight loss rather than surgery.

"Lost 75 pounds no surgery!" she tweeted. Stupid asses saying I did can sink their mine!

Teniola Apata MON, also known as Teni The Entertainer, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performer who was born on December 23, 1992.

Teni was born in Lagos State on December 23, 1992. She is Niniola, a singer from Nigeriayounger ,'s sister. She graduated from American InterContinental University with a degree in business administration after attending Apata Memorial High School and The University of Georgia in the past.

While a member of Shizzi's Magic Fingers Records, Teni released her debut single, "Amen."  In 2017, she parted ways with the record company and joined Dr. Dolor Entertainment. After releasing the single "Fargin" in September 2017, Teni began to gain popularity. After releasing the top singles "Askamaya," "Case," and "Uyo Meyo," she achieved success. On MTV Base's list of the Top 20 Hottest Naija Tracks of 2018, "Askamaya" came in at number fifteen.

Teni was highlighted on YouTube Music's Trending Artist on the Rise on February 20th, 2019. She released the video for "Sugar Mummy" on May 3, 2019. She dropped a brand-new song titled "Power Rangers" on June 14.

Teni signed an endorsement agreement with Cadbury Nigeria's candy brand Tom Tom in March 2019. According to a report from News on October 6, 2020, Teni had a sponsorship agreement with Globacom Nigeria, a major telecommunications company.
