Recall that yesterday, Funke Akindele celebrated Iyabo Ojo on her Instagram page. Funke Akindele prayed for her and referred to her as her sweetheart. “Happy Birthday darling! IY sexy!! May the Lord keep blessing you and yours. Enjoy your day dear”.
Funke Akindele and Iyabo Ojo have been showing each other affection ever since they made up at AMVCA 2022. Iyabo Ojo and Funke Akindele used to quarrel over Toyin Abraham for years.
When a blogger criticized the film The Ghost and The Tout by Toyin Abraham, Iyabo Ojo had pulled Funke Akindele into the controversy.
Additionally, Iyabo Ojo subtly mocked Funke Akindele on December 9, 2021, when Eniola Badmus honored her 20 years in Nollywood and she didn't turn up.
Rumors circulated that Funke Akindele avoided the occasion to avoid any conflict with Iyabo Ojo and Toyin Abraham as a result of their protracted feud. Iyabo Ojo claimed in a lengthy post on her Instagram page that there have been rumors that someone she formerly supported in and outside the Nollywood industry enjoys much stabbing her and has made every effort to harm her. No human, according to Iyabo Ojo, is superior to or inferior to her because everyone is created equal in God's eyes, and she doesn't pretend or package anything for anyone. Iyabo Ojo claims that because she is so fortunate and pleased with what little she has, she has no reason to resent anyone.
Despite the fact that Iyabo Ojo omitted Funke Akindele's name from the post, many online users inferred that Funke was the target because of her absence from Eniola's celebration.
Iyabo Ojo and Funke Akindele, however, put their long-standing feud behind them during the eighth season of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, where they hugged and kissed.
