Bolanle Ninalowo's fans' reactions to the incident have since been conflicted, with some of them mocking the passport officers for being friendly to celebrities but impolite to regular Nigerians.

This is reportedly happening just a few days after Bolanle Ninalowo, often known as Nino B, made it clear where he stood on the current political campaign in Nigeria ahead of the country's general elections in 2023.
The father of two expressed his reluctance to campaign for or support any politician who does not have positive ideas for the Nigerian people via her verified Instagram profile.
"God forbid that I exploit my fame to further devastate Nigeria. God forbid that I allow myself to be used by a politician whose goals and objectives are not the same ones that made me famous, he wrote.
