Before he became famous, actor Junior Pope made a selfless vow to his followers.

 Junior Pope Odonwodo, a Nollywood actor, has shared the promise he made to his followers before he rose to fame in the industry. Junior Pope recalled his pre-fame years and his early professional days, saying that he had to pass through the eye of a needle to get images with the famous people of the period. Junior Pope vowed to keep his promise to himself and to his fans and admirers to never follow in their footsteps. Following through on his promise, the actor posted a video of himself posing for photos with fans along with the message,

“When we came to Nollywood. Before a celebrity gives his/her consent for a picture to be taken was like a carmel going through the eye of a needle…. I vowed that once I become a celebrity I will not hesitate to take pictures whenever asked… This is me keeping to my promise…”.

Regarding that, Junior Pope had previously expressed happiness as a female fan inked his complete name on her chest. Fans frequently get tattoos of their favorite celebrities on their bodies. For many, it serves as a means of showing their love and support for their favorite celebrities. In order to express her love for Junior Pope, a Nigerian woman went above and above by getting her body tattooed. The actress had both his given name and his family's nickname, "swagnation," tattooed. “JNR Pope Odonwodo Swagnation”, reads her tattoo.

She expressed her love for the actor and his family while showing off her new tattoo in images and videos.

“Total love for @jnrpope and his family. My favorite actor (Swagnation). My love for you and your family nah 100%. Keep making me happy, I so much love the family of Swagnation. My swagger daddy. This love for you is everlasting pope. Keep winning. I love you the more. Your name on my body”.

Reacting to it, Junior Pope expressed excitement at the honour.

Appreciating her, he wrote,

“What did I do to deserve this love. Sincerely I appreciate you…”.

In an intriguing admission, Junior Pope described how he first met Jennifer Awele, his wife. Junior Pope defended the social media app while responding to a social media user's rhetorical query on whether people still use Facebook in this day and age. The three-boy father revealed he met his wife on Facebook.

The social media user wrote, “People still use Facebook?”

Junior Pope commented, “Funny thing is; that’s where I met my wife”.
