Cubana Chief Priest, a well-known bartender and Davido's best buddy, is eagerly counting down to his comeback on social media.
As a result of his performance at the World Cup and his prompt return to Instagram, news outlets reported in December that Davido had declared his withdrawal from social media.
Davido announced in a message on his Instagram story and Twitter that he would be stepping down from the platforms in March 2023.
Cubana shared a video of him with the singer on his Instagram page in advance of his departure.
Cubana wished him a happy New Year as March approached.
"Ori Ade, 47 More Days." Dear Davido, Happy New Year, Bestie.
Cubana has consistently shown his fidelity to Davido and the people he cares about over the years.
Days before Davido turned 30, the star bar employee prayed fervently for him.
The socialite offered him prayers on Instagram. Davido was referred to by Cubana as his leader, brother, bringer of joy, conqueror, and warrior.
He applauded the musician for being resilient in the face of all his suffering.
Tomorrow, my leader, my brother, my source of joy, a conqueror, and a fighter, @davido, will turn 30. Goodness and mercy will be with you always. The trauma you have endured in life might break many people, yet you are my champion and the strongest guy I know. Happy birthday, 30! What doesn't kill us in Addy 001 makes us stronger! OBO no go negative. We advance by helping others.
Cubana had prayed for the artist previously, too.
Recall that Cubana prayed for triplets for Davido and Chioma days after the heartbreaking news surfaced.
Cubana came to his Instagram page late at night to join other people in praying for the couple to have triplets.
He asked God to fix them, noting how Jehovah directs their steps.
He reaffirmed that triplets are certain for the cherished pair, assuring them of a stronger comeback.
"Jehovah @davido @thechefchi directs our ways." God must correct us. Our only fallback is God. We support you guys wholeheartedly, and we will get through this together. The triplets are certain. Loading%…. God, please help us. Amen, @tobiadegboyega.
