Destiny, a student at YABATECH, was hospitalized following an unsuccessful suicide attempt.

A Yaba College of Technology student who goes by the name Destiny is currently being treated in a hospital after allegedly drinking insecticide. It was learned that the 18-year-old Marketing Department student was allegedly nabbed on Wednesday during the institution's current second-semester examination for examination misconduct. The student apparently fell into sadness, went to her dorm, and drank the insecticide after allegedly just getting her lover abandoned. It was discovered that one of her hostel roommates ran out and called the police when they noticed her trying to ingest the chemical. She proceeded to the exam room and was detained by the school invigilator for examination misconduct, according to a student who wished to remain anonymous due to the sensitive nature of the affair.

"She was already depressed because her boyfriend had just dumped her, but the invigilator was just concerned with his job and was unaware of what had happened to her. "As a result, she experienced despair and later went to her dormitory to take the drug. If not for her friend's alertness, who alerted others, who hurried her to the school medical center, her situation might have been fatal. The student might have been concerned about the disciplinary action that would be taken against her for her misbehavior, according to a staff member of the school who asked not to be named because he was not allowed to comment on the subject. Nobody on the department's teaching staff was aware that she had any relationship problems, he claimed. We found out through the employee WhatsApp platform after the incident. She found it difficult to deal with the reality that her lover dumped her and that she was now being accused of cheating in the test room.

The invigilators in this place are tough, and when some students are detected, they attempt to contact other instructors to seek intervention on their behalf. Some people are lucky; others are not. She might need to retake the session because the consequences for exam misconduct are indicated in their dockets. Joe Ejiofor, the institution's spokesperson, verified the student's depression but insisted it had nothing to do with cheating on the test. She tried to drink Sniper, and her companion immediately alerted her coworkers, who quickly drove her to the hospital, where she was stabilized and is responding well to treatment, according to Ejiofor. Her family has been notified, and they have arrived at the military hospital to be with her. She did not carry out the crime as a result of exam fraud. She has a domestic issue that contributed to her despair. She even snapped a photo of herself while ingesting the drug. "The Dean of Students spoke with her during a visit. She received counseling from the college counselor, who helped her understand that suicide was not an option.
