How I got Susu’s support despite… – Banky W reveals, shows off campaign event with wife, Adesua Etomi

 Bankole Wellington aka Banky W, a Nigerian singer, actor, and politician, has opened out to his fans on how he was able to gain his wife, Adesua Etomi nicknamed Susu's, unflinching support despite her disdain for Nigerian politics.

Banky W couldn't help but fawn over and compliment Adesua Etomi, the actress turned singer, for being a terrific companion as well as his support system throughout his campaign. The politician is running for the Eti Osa constituency in Lagos in the House of Representatives.

Banky revealed in a beautiful post on his page how Adesua initially opposed him running for office because she views Nigerian politics as dangerous and dirty.

The mother of one, who despises Nigerian politics for good reason, revealed that she knows her husband loves the people, but she doesn't want anything to soil or harm him.

After much prayer and discussion, Adesua eventually agreed, and Banky had not only his wife's blessing, but also her unshakable support.

In the video that accompanied the tweet, Adesua was seen campaigning to a gathering of ladies in Eti Osa alongside Banky and his team. The actress danced, sang, and was warmly welcomed by the women who had come to show their support for her husband. Banky W stated:

"Susu has always despised politics... So you can image how she felt when I started talking about the responsibility of running for government.

"Banky," she explained. I know you and your heart... and if given the chance, I'm confident you'd do an excellent job and make a difference... However, politics in Nigeria is filthy and hazardous. And I don't want anything to hurt or soil you.

This would not have been possible without Susu.

So, please join me in saying thank you to Mrs W today. My beloved and pal. My personal and professional companion. Thank you so much, Shuga. Thank you so much for everything. I adore you, and I thank God for you."
