Tonto Dikeh, a Nollywood actress turned politician, has resorted to social media to vent her displeasure with the country's current status.
According to news reports, the lack of fresh Naira notes, along with the inability to use mobile banking apps for transactions, made last week tough for Nigerians.
Tonto is no exception, revealing her incapacity to access her bank app and the fact that her light has gone out.
On Sunday night, the actress posted on Instagram that she does not have an ATM card and has been attempting to make a transaction for almost 6 hours.
She went on to claim that the scenario has exposed her to a new degree of emotional instability and that she is very frustrated.
She stated:
I have been unable to open my bank app for the previous two days, and it was only this evening that my light unit chose to go down. I've been trying to launch this app for about 6 hours and finally believe I'll be sleeping in the dark today.
I can't get init, and I can't get diesel. I can't even obtain a hotel room if I don't use or own an ATM... I've reached a new degree of emotional instability. Is it just me? I'm quite frustrated.
Tonto previously stated in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwu that she had only one regret in life, and it has nothing to do with her relationships.
Her first relationship, she maintains, produced the most beautiful child on the planet, while her second taught her an important lesson.
Even if she receives sincere affection from anyone, the single mother of one observes that such a person could be a demon.
