Peter Obi, the Labour Party's presidential candidate, is not resting on his laurels in his bid to unseat President Muhammadu Buhari.
Peter Obi met with various Nigerian entertainment stakeholders in Lagos on Thursday evening, ahead of this month's election.
According to Instagram footage, some of the entertainers in attendance included Paul and Peter Okoye, Zubby Michael, Kanayo O Kanayo, Okey Bakassi, Angela Okorie, Nkechi Blessing, Freddie Leonard, Hanks Anuku, Tega Dominic, Uche Elendu, and Frank Edoho.
According to reports, the meeting focused on his ambitions to secure and unite Nigeria, implement successful legal and institutional changes, and strengthen the entertainment sector.
Celebrities present at the conference were also seen taking selfies with the Labour Party presidential flag-bearer in several video recordings shared online.
