Ugezu J. Ugezu reacts as a Port Harcourt-based pastor presents congregants with yam tubers and new naira bills.

 

Ugezu J. Ugezu, a veteran Nollywood actor and film director, has reacted to a kind gesture made by a Port Harcourt-based pastor, Dr Gospel Agochukwu, towards his church members in the midst of the country's adversity.

Blogger Tunde Ednut came to Instagram to relay the news, which drew praise from netizens.

The attached photo shows two yam tubers with the total of N2K on each chair.

The media personality captioned the post:

"A Port Harcourt preacher presents members with tubers of yam and new naira notes.

Evang Dr Gospel Agochukwu Jp, the General Overseer of Shekinna Arena Ministries, presented his members with Yam tubers and new Naira notes.

When he visited Benue state to minister, he was given 1000 tubers of yam, 100 bags of rice, and a cow, which he opted to share with his members."

In the comments section, Nollywood veteran Ugezu J. Ugezu praised the clergyman's actions and described him as a decent man.

"This very pastor has always been my friend," he wrote. He understands humanism completely."
