“Why I can’t leave Tinubu” MC Oluomo spills while he promises to be his lifelong partner, responds to his detractors, and addresses Adunni Ade.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu's association with the chairman of the Lagos State Parks and Garages, Musiliu Akisanya, also known as MC Oluomo, has come to light. In a widely shared video, the former NURTW leader vowed Bola Ahmed Tinubu his unwavering loyalty and commitment for all time. According to MC Oluomo, Tinubu has been looking after him since 1999, which is why he is unable to leave him. MC Oluomo responded to his detractors by saying that he is unaffected and unfazed by their constant insults. Yet, he pleaded with his detractors to stop calling him names and attacking him since he harbors no ill will. He refuted Adunni Ade's claims that Yoruba actors were paid N90,000 to support Tinubu's campaign.
“Please don’t let us insult ourselves on social media. Those that abused me, those that talk against me there is nothing that concerns me but CGI I strongly behind me and God would stand with them.
“Tinubu has been taking care of me since 1999, I cannot leave him. I am not a betrayer. I am not moved by those insulting me on the social media “.
MC Oluomo has previously discussed his friendship with Tinubu in public. In an interview with City People last year, MC Oluomo, a dual APC chieftain, opened out about his association with Bola Tinubu, a former senator, former governor, and current APC presidential contender, spanning more than 20 years. In his opening statement, MC described how he first became a conductor. "I never imagined it would turn out this way. When I was in Primary 6, I realized that my mother was no longer able to support me financially, so I started working as a conductor at Adatan. Back then, it was known as Interstate. We would recline on the hood. At that filling station in Adatan, those boys and I used to hang around. A large group of boys will assemble around me once I arrive.
Once Tinubu won the presidential election, MC Oluomo was really happy for his Godfather.
The former NURTW leader organized a celebration party for Tinubu with the help of his men. King Westt, his son, posted videos on his Instagram story to thank his father. Following his boss's victory, MC Oluomo was seen in the video showing off his new dance move.
“Congratulations daddy MC Oluomo), his son wrote.
