A lot of famous people turned out for the Gangs of Lagos premiere on Thursday night, April 6, and Thursday night was no exception. Celebrities attended the premiere of the much-anticipated film Gangs of Lagos, which was directed by award-winning Nigerian filmmaker Jade Osiberu. The film, which is set in the Lagos neighborhood of Isale Eko, follows a group of childhood friends as they seek out their fate in a busy metropolis. Adesua Etomi-Wellington, Chiké, Tobi Bakre, Bimbo Ademoye, and other A-list actors are among the cast members of the movie. The film, which will debut on April 7th only on Prime Video, will be the first African original film to air on the service.
Celebrities unleashed their inner gangsters on the red carpet, and they didn't disappoint. Toke Makinwa, Funke Akindele, Ruth Kadiri, Osas Ighodaro, Adesua Etomi and her husband, Banky W, Chioma Akpotha, Ufuoma McDermott, and Nse Ikpe were among the celebrities who attended the premiere. Bisola Aiyeola, Toolz, Bimbo Ademoye, Tobi Bakre, Adunni Ade, Khloe from BBNaija, Hermes, Boma Akpore, and many others were also present. One of the movie's actors, Bimbo Ademoye, went all out with her headpiece for the occasion. Osas Ighodaro's jumpsuit and alluring smile made her the event's star. Following her unsuccessful governorship run, Funke Akindele made her first appearance on the red carpet at the movie premiere.
